As of October 31st, 2015 the Community Options Program will no longer be operated by Menominee County for Long Term Care. On November 1st, 2015 Menominee County will be enrolled into the Family Care system. Please contact the Aging and Disability Resource Center for assistance with applying for Family Care Services. ADRC Information and Locations Menominee County will continue to work with the Menominee Tribal Aging Department to service people who meet the criteria for the Tribal Waiver program. SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE AND CHORE SERVICES Individuals, who are not eligible for a waiver program or Family Care services, may be eligible to receive Supportive Home Care Services funded by the County. High demand and limited funding may require placing individuals on a waiting list.
