Develop, implement, operate, and maintain technology systems in a cost effective manner in support of a technology based productive and effective County workforce providing service to the public, private sector, and other government agencies.
The Menominee County Technology Services Department provides centralized information technology services to all Menominee County offices and departments encompassing computers and related hardware devices, software, services, and telecommunications. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Technical consulting for budget planning, procurement, implementation, and maintainenance of information technology systems
- Maintain network infrastructure and attached devices at current levels of operation
- Safeguard technological assets
- Manage and maintain communication systems including 9-1-1.
- Support department specific software applications including installation, upgrades, and user training
- Create and maintain content for the County website and Intranet, social media, and public relations publications
