The Town/County of Menominee has a Comprehensive Plan. In conjuntion with East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, the Town/County developed a Plan to address future planning through 2030, with public participation being an integral part to the development. The Town/County then revised and adopted the current plan in 2015, that can be viewed using this link: Comprehensive Plan Combining or Splitting Land Parcels Menominee County has a land parcel Combine and Split Policy. You can view the policy and related submission form at this link for all requests to divide or combine land parcels.  The last page has the application to combine or split parcels. In addition to all parcel combinations and splits, Menominee County Ordinance #58 - Subdivisions, requires that all divisions of a parent parcel of ten [10] acres or more by a subdivider where the division creates at least three [3] new parcels falls within the jurisdiction of this Ordinance.
